The Facing Goliath 1-hour workshop can take place online or in person, and focuses on teaching Trainer Ben's simple process for happiness, along with a mental health take-home tool called The Happiness Line.

Purpose: To ensure cost is never an obstacle for those seeking to better their mental health or in need of support on their journey.

Our Sponsor-a-Champ program allows allies, advocates, and alumni to support our work by removing financial barriers participants in need of support or mentoring. This program ensures that support is always available for those who need it.
Sponsor-a-Champ supports our work at The Goliath Foundation in a number of ways: from directly allowing an individual to join a mental health group cohort or participant in one-on-one mentoring sessions with Trainer Ben, to enabling us to bring the Gloves Off boxing program to youth in the community, and allowing Trainer Ben to speak on mental health & positive masculinity, to wellness and anti-bullying, and proactive prevention of violence and aggression reduction at schools and prisons, the Sponsor-a-Champ program directly supports and broadens accessibility of our work in meaningful ways.

A father-daughter podcast discussing mental health, in all of its highs and lows, with over 80 episodes.

Purpose: To tackle hard subjects through a relatable lens between a BIPOC father and daughter.
Duration: Ongoing
This important conversation series hosted by BIPOC father-daughter team, Ben and Willow Smith connects with listeners in even the most remote communities where support is often limited or non-existent.
Tough topics a tackled in a way that brings levity and hope to where it can feel dark at times. Loving Goliath is easy, super-accessible, and a great starting point on a journey of hopeful healing and self-care.

Gloves Off
An after-school program for teens and preteens in need of healthy coping mechanisms and positive rolemodels.
Is it right for you?
The Gloves Off program is an after-school program for teens and preteens.
Purpose: Focus on teamwork, emotional regulation and non-violent conflict resolution
Duration: Once weekly for two months
Online or In-Person
This program engages youth using a fun, non-threatening style of boxing that teaches restraint and cooperation in a safe environment that creates trust and an openness to share and receive valuable life lessons and guidance.
Once a non-negotiable rule of non-violent conflict resolution within or outside the program has been clearly expressed and understood, boxing lessons are combined with gentle stretching, relaxing breathing techniques, and in-circle dialogue discussing and providing guidance for life issues and concerns using the HOW HEALING HAPPENS model.
The focus of this after-school program is to experience teamwork, restraint, and cooperation in a fun, safe environment as participants ‘partners’ take turns punching and blocking while avoiding contact aside from glove on glove. This fun, cooperative, non-threatening style of boxing provides a bridge to teach essential tools and techniques of emotional self-regulation.
